生於香港。2001 年畢業於香港中文大學護理學士，2006 年畢業於香港大學護理碩士。現職醫管局資深護師。2006 年加入香港紅十宇會作心理急救隊，作本地服務。及後，參與海外人道救援工作。曾參與2008 四川地震，2010 海地地震，2013 菲律賓風災。
喜歡觀察，透過攝影表達個人感受。在 2012 香港國際攝影節中，參加「另眼‧相看：賽馬會社會紀實攝影計」分享當上手術室護士的故事。
Born in Hong Kong. Graduated in The Chinese University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong University for Bachelor of Nursing in 2001 and Master of Nursing in 2006 respectively. Now working as Advanced Practice Nurse in Hospital Authority. As a Hong Kong Red Cross Psychological Frist Aider (PFA) since 2006, I serve for local voluntary service. Then I participate in overseas humanitarian service such as SiChuan Earthquake in 2008, Haiti Earthquake in 2010 and Philippine Typhoon in 2013.
Love in observation and photography, I joined “Eye to Eye: Jockey Club Social Documentary Project” in 2012 Hong Kong International Photo Festival to share my story of being an Operating Theatre nurse.

樹根，是最普遍、最自然，同時是最吸引我的物件。總是被這種不斷伸展的力量吸引⋯⋯ 這股力量不只為自我成長，也為另一生命作長成的基石。
The way of Growth
Although roots are common and natural, they appeal to me the most. The way they grow and extend is so attractive. Their power of extension and stretching is not only for its own living, but also serve as a cornerstone of another life.
