生．息

 

物即生即滅，萬物卻生生不息。透過相片及錄像兩種媒介展示一朵花茶在水中的不同瞬間，「生．息」一方面企圖借影像呈現生命既斷裂又綿延不絕的雙重狀態；另一方面藉此反映攝影與錄像兩種媒介作為觀影方式的獨特性和共通性。

 

 

Still Life

 

Life gone the time it comes into being. Yet life goes on viewed from a cosmological point of view. Displaying different moments of a blossom-tea in the water with two forms of still image and video, “Still Life”, on the one hand, attempts to represent the duality of ephemerality and eternality of life; on the other tries to explore the specificity as well as the commonality of the two media of photography and video.
